Just what is a food Truck Or Trailer

A food truck is a large motorized vehicle, Van, Bus or trailer, equipped with kitchenware to prepare, serve sell food to the public, not limited to selling other goods like Ice Cream, Italian Ice anything they can under their license to make a buck. But they are divided by categories such as self-sufficient. Cart or to be part of a Commissary of some sort for cleansing and cleaning purposes.

Self Sufficient Food Trucks

Self Sufficient Food Trucks are considered to be their own kitchen! Meaning they can cook inside their truck or trailer like a Commissary Kitchen unlike the ones that are not Self-Sufficient they have to use a Commissary to either buy or cook the food before selling or serving to the public.

Food Safety

All food Trucks or Trailers must by law have the proper equipment to keep the food warm from Temperatures between 140 and 165 Degrees Fahrenheit to prevent foodborne Illness, Most uses gas burners and warmers some uses’ electricity powered by generators or just a wall plugin depending on the situation.

Refrigeration is a must while we speak about temperatures all foods must refrigerate by at least 45 degrees Farnham to also keep from creating foodborne illness as well. Freezers are also required, not a must only if you freeze meats overnight that only applies to a self-sufficient structure.
