Haitian Boullion

Haitian Boullion as the picture depicts is vegetable soup to most simply because of what it looks, after tasting it you would start to guest the ingredients.

Ingredients

Beef Boullion or Soup Bone

Carrots

Water Crest or spinach

Green Plantains

Potatoes

Homemade Dumplings/Prefered in log rolls

Green Beans

Yams of Choice

Crabs etc…

Spices

Maggie Cubes

Cloves

Tomato Paste

Back Pepper

Blend a mix of Green Onions, Peppers

Cooking Process

Begin by sautéing the Beef after Cleaning it

Mix it with the Tomato Paste

Add all your spices and bring it to Broth measuring 3/4 of your Pot

Add your water Crest

Allow all flavors to simmer within

Vegetables

Separately Boil all vegetables

Add all Vegetables

Let Simmer Taste as you go

Look for the Creole taste to satisfy your taste buds.
